Learning Resources (Defined)

Learning Resources provide self-directed “content” and, in some cases, represent the prerequisite materials to attend certain Programs (such as Academies).

Implementation Resources (Defined)

Implementation Resources represent tools that are designed to enhance your Clients’* experience and to provide them with greater insight into Values-Based Financial Planning™, the basis of their financial plan (the Financial Road Map®), and how to improve the balance of their lives (Quality of Life Enhancer™ Exercise).

* This also applies to Team Members with respect to the use of the Success Road Map® by High-Trust Leaders.™

Resource Policies

Implementation Resources Subject to Approval

Investments in Implementation Resources are subject to the approval of your Accountability Coach to assure that your investment is appropriate for where you are in your journey.

Return Policy

Similar to your experience with CDs, DVDs and software, BAI cannot accept the return of opened Learning Resources or custom Implementation Resources because the content represents the Intellectual Property of Bachrach & Associates, Inc., which cannot be adequately recovered or protected against copying once it has been opened. Individuals are expected to confirm their intention to acquire resources before making such investments and take responsibility for their decision. Each Resource is shipped with one or more tamper-proof seals containing the following language that describes our policy in greater detail:

This box contains the intellectual property and copyrighted materials of Bachrach & Associates, Inc. (“BAI”), All Rights Reserved. Receiver (“Client”) acknowledges that BAI cannot adequately recover the full value of such intellectual property and copyrighted materials once this box has been opened.

By breaking the seal on this box, Client accepts receipt of the materials contained herein without any Express or Implied warranty, including Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose AND WITHOUT ANY RECOURSE FOR RETURN. If the seal has not been broken, Client may return this box and its contents to BAI by requesting a Return Authorization Number and shipping it to BAI, at Client’s expense, subject to a restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the original invoice. Upon receipt of the box and contents in good condition, BAI shall reimburse Client the residual amount or issue an equivalent credit.
