Accountability Coaching

The most important people in your life are those who help you discover the answers that are hidden within you, keep you focused on your Goals, make sure you celebrate your successes … and tell you the truth when you fail to honor your commitments. That is the role of your Accountability Coach.

Our experience tells us that Financial Professionals are subject to the same human frailties that inhibit success in other fields: falling prey to distractions, excuses and a lack of commitment. Success is predicated upon having a plan and sticking to it … actually doing what you say you are going to do … when you say you are going to do it. Your Accountability Coach’s role is to encourage and inspire you to demonstrate that type of behavior.

Your Accountability Coach is a professional consultant who has been thoroughly trained in every Program, Resource and Service we offer. To help you achieve your Goals for your reasons, your Accountability Coach will:

•  Create a Success Road Map® with you so you can gain clarity with respect to your Values and Goals … where you are Now versus where you Want to Be
•  Assist you in determining your time frames for each Goal
•  Assist you in discovering what steps need to be taken
•  Assist you in getting those steps on your calendar so you maintain focus
•  Monitor your progress through each of those steps
•  Discuss your successes at each level (and make sure you celebrate them) … and
•  Redirect your efforts should you fail to honor your commitments

This last point is akin to “tough love.” It is an issue of INTEGRITY. We will not ignore signs that you are allowing distractions to prevent you from achieving your Goals; we will not accept unfounded excuses; we will not disregard a lack of commitment; and we will not tolerate behavior that is inconsistent with that of a Trusted Advisor.

To have the right to receive Accountability Coaching:

•  You need to grant permission to your Accountability Coach to serve as the guide for your journey
•  Within a reasonable time frame, you need to commit to the principles of Values-Based Financial Planning™ as your chosen way of serving your Clients (it is the only philosophy we coach)
•  You need to respect and follow your Accountability Coach’s advice (just as you would expect your Clients to respect and follow your advice)*
•  You need to enthusiastically celebrate your successes while accepting responsibility for your shortfalls without offering any excuses

If you honor these commitments, you will enjoy an exciting journey that will fill your personal and professional lives with
BalanceAchievement … and Integrity.
